Take a Hike: Snake Creek Wildlife Management Area

Snake Creek wasn’t really set up for hiking. While I was able to walk around the area some, it was mostly laid out for hunting. There is a marsh area, but because it has been so dry, there wasn’t much water in it. I had hoped to spy some water foul, turtles, etc. but I didn’t have much luck. I did manage to find a few empty shell casings, some freshly baled hay on an adjoining farm, and some colorful dragonflies though!
